Study On Professor Liu Jianqiu’s Medication Rule On The Treatment Of Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objective:In this essay,through analyzing the commonly drugs on treating pulmonary fibrosis of professor Liu Jianqiu,sum up his medication rule on pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:Collect from March 2015 year 9menstruation-2017 year 3 menstruation for Professor Liu Jianqiu on the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis patients,after entry the case information standardization to the Microsoft Excel 2003,analysis the frequency of the frequency,high frequency drugs,put high frequency drugs into the IBM Spss22.0 binary form system clustering,then the binary form into Clementine 12,association rules analysis.Results:The prescription were collected in 124 cases,the common 126 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,which accumulated high frequency drug 77%consists of 31 kinds of herbs,sweet,bitter,acrid,resistance to temperature,cold,flat,drug master lung,stomach,spleen,high-frequency drugs are mainly classified as medicine for dissipating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,tonic drugs,antipyretics,drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis;cluster analysis of 9 drugs to get clustering,clustering medicine group 5;association rules analysis of 6 core drugs,drug core group 7,basic medicine group 1.Conclusion:1.The medication rules of Professor Liu Jianqiu in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis are:taste of commonly used drugs go through as a bitter,sweet,acrid,warm,cold,flat,into the main meridian are lung and stomach and spleen.The most commonly used drug classification to medicine are dissipating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,tonic drugs,antipyretics,application of drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.The commonly couplet medicines conclude Platycodon-grandiflorum,Radix-Pseudostellariae,and the basic TCM group are Radix,Pseudostellariae,Ophiopogon japonicus,pinellia,Poria,white,Platycodon,almond.On relieving cough and asthma,supplementing qi and nourishing Yin,invigorating spleen and lung,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2.Professor Liu Jianqiu on treating pulmonary fibrosis to the virtual base,phlegm and blood stasis is the main pathological factors and exopathic important inducement.The basic pathogenesis is Qi Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,stagnation of lung collaterals3.Professor Liu Jianqiu’s basic principles for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis are:Invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,nourishing lung,spleen and kidney,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis.
