Clinical Research On Ping Xiao Long Qing Recipe In Treating The Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of ping xiao long qing recipe on diabetic neurogenic bladder(traditional Chinese medicine dialectical is: the spleen and kidney deficiency type)patients.Methods: Select 64 cases of traditional Chinese medicine Syndromes of diabetic neurogenic bladder patients with the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.Control group was given the basic treatment,control blood sugar,guide the patient urinate,and given Mecobalamin treatment,which is intramuscular injection every other day and 0.5 ml/times.Treatment group was given based on foundation treatment of ping xiao long qing recipe,200 ml/time,2times/day,by the department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital generation Fr-ied undertake unity to distribute patients.Separately carries on the system of clinical research,focus on before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,bladder residual urine volume,FBG,2hPBG and Hb A1 C,treatment for six weeks.Result: Compared with control group,ping xiao long qing recipe can obviously improve the spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetic clinical symptoms ofpa-tients with neurogenic bladder(P<0.05),effectively reduce biadder residual volume(P<0.01),and significantly increased in patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder m a-ximum urinary flow rate(P<0.01),while no obvious effect on the FBG and 2hPBG,HbA1C(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Ping xiao long qing recipe treatment of the spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetes patient with diabetic neurogenic bladder has definite clinical effect,effectively improving symptoms,increasing the maximum urinary flow rate,reducing the residual urine volume,improving voiding dysfunction.This way of treatment safe and economical,which is worth popularization in clin-ical.(2)Through the analysis of the laboratory indexes before and after treatment showed that combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type curative effect is superior to pure western medicine tre atment of diabetic neurogenic bladder.
