| Objective: Using the method of bibliometrics and statistical principle,the2005~2016 published at home and abroad on the theme "arsenic pathogenic mechanism" in the literature of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,research status,focus and development trends at home and abroad in order to reveal the pathogenic mechanism of arsenic;Using the method of meta analysis of the relationship between hepatic fibrosis and exposure assessment of arsenic based on epidemiological survey data;Using 8standard isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation(isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification,iTRAQ)technique combined with two-dimensional liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(2DLc-MS/MS)technique to filter out the difference induced by arsenic in rats with liver fibrosis of the protein,and carries on the analysis bioinformatics,providing data support for the elucidation of the mechanism of liver fibrosis induced by arsenic.Methods: Using the literature management software ENDNOTE published in 2005 ~ 2016 at home and abroad on the subject of "arsenic pathogenesis" of the literature published year and source journals analysis,Using the information visualization software CiteSpace on the Web of ScienceTM core collection and CNKI core Journal of the journal in the same period of time in the field of literature were cited,co-occurrence,co-word,cluster analysis.Second,the computer retrieval CNKI full-text database,Wanfang full-text database,Chinese biomedical literature database,Vipu database,PubMed database,web of science library,EMBASE database,search terms for arsenic exposure and liver fibrosis,retrieval time from the building to 2016 On December 31,the literature was selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the data were extracted and the quality of the included literature was evaluated.The mata analysis was performed using Stata12.0 software to calculate the combined OR and 95%CI values,and the sensitivity analysis and publication bias Evaluation.The rat model of liver fibrosis induced by sodium arsenite was established.The differential proteins were screened by using 8-labeled iTRAQ technique and 2DLc-MS/MS.The differential proteins were inserted into Uniprot and STRING 10.0 to identify the genes name,function and involved Pathways,Useing Goanna software to analyze the biological processes involved in the differential proteins,the cell location and molecular functions.On the basis of the GO annotation analysis,the biological processes involved in the differential proteins were clustered by R software to screen out the main biological processes.Results:1.The development of arsenic pathogenesis research at home and abroad is relatively balanced,with slight fluctuation during the period,and the average number of published papers is 227-260.However,the number of published papers in this field has been declining since 2013.2.The journals published in domestic and foreign literature are more than 10 journals are core journals,93% of foreign journals JCR distribution in Q1,Q2,37% of the journal of the impact factor is greater than 5,the research areas are mainly concentrated in pharmacology,toxicology,biochemistry And molecular biology and other fields.3.With the H index and high cited results analysis,arsenic pathogenesis in the field of
