| Objective:The purposes of this study were to explore the relationship between hypothyroidism and adverse pregnancy outcomes;the influence of hypothyroidism pregnant women after drug intervention on pregnancy outcome. The relative factors on adverse pregnant outcomes were retrospectively analyzed..Methods:1、.A retrospective study was conducted to study the pregnancy outcomes in 317 singl eton pregnant women(at least 20 weeks)with hypothyroidism and 400 pregnant wom en with normal thyroid function from October 2014 to October 2015 in Danyang peop le’s hospital, the pregnant women with hypothyroidism considered as research object w ere divided into the treatment group(n=183)and untreatment group(n= 134),the 1 evel of free thyroid hormones(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and pregnanc y outcomes were collected.2、Pregnant women with hypothyroidism were divided into clinical hypothyroidism team and subclinical hypothyroidism team, the level of free thyroid hormones(FT4)、thyroid stimulat-ing hormone(TSH)level and pregnancy outcome were analysised among different group in clinical hypothyroidism team and subclinical hypothyroidism team.Results:1、The TSH level of treatment group was higher than normal control group but lower than the untreatment group in Pregnant women with hypothyroidism, the difference was statist-ically significant;FT4 level of treatment groupwas lower than the normal control group and treatment group, but there was no statistically significant difference between treatment group and untreatment group.2.The level of FT4 and TSH after treatment were lower than before treatment of pregnancy with hypothyroidism. In clinical hypothyroidism group, the level of FT4 and TSH in treatment group were lower than untreatment group, the difference was statistically significant; In subcl-inical hypothyroidism group, the level of FT4 and TSH in treatment group were lower than untreatment group, the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparing with untreatment group and normal control group, treatment group of pregnant women with hypothyroidism had lower occurrence rate in adverse pregnancy outcome, such as mild anemia, premature delivery.the difference was statistically significant.4、Among clinical hypothyroidism team, untreatment group had higher occurrence rate in adverse pregnancy outcome than the normal control group and treatment group, such as mild anemia, premature delivery.the difference was statistically significant.5、Among subclinical hypothyroidism team, untreatment group had higher occurrence rate in adverse pregnancy outcome than the normal control group, such as mild anemia, premature delivery expect macrosomia. But the occurrence rate of treatment group had no difference with the normal control group.Conclusions:1、Drug intervention can correct the thyroid function of P pregnant women with hypothyroid-ism;2、Treatment intervention can decrease adverse pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with clinical hypothyroidism, such as mild anemia, premature delivery;3、Treatment intervention can modify adverse pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with subclinical hypothyrodism, such as mildanemia, premature delivery, but had no obvious improvement in the risk of macrosomia;... |
