| Purpose of the Investigation: This research mainly through Baijie Powder Local connection to observe the clinical curative effect of anal fissure postoperative wounds,and comparing with vaseline,observe the effect on Anal fissure postoperative wound pain、expression of Wound vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)and The formation of new blood vessels in the wound healing,Clear whether the Baijie Powder can promote anal fissure postoperative wound healing,providing the theoretical foundation of modern molecular biology to the Baijie Powder promote anal fissure postoperative wound healing.Methods of the Investigation:From March 2016 to July 2016,select 60 patients with anal fissure,see a doctor in anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated anorectal and hospitalization,Groups according to random number table,and the treatment group and control group 30 cases each.All shall be for the treatment of anal fissure excision plus internal sphincter loose solution,and After two days operation began ning to change medicine.Treatment group in cortex phellodendri scrubbing liquid dressing+ Baijie Powder topical;The control group in cortex phellodendri scrubbing liquid dressing + with vaseline topical only.Then postoperative 3 d,7 d for 2 groups of patients pain assessment and using digital Image J software calculation of days 7 d,14 d after wound healing rate and capillary number pathology observation,immunohistochemical method measuring content of vascular endothelial growth factor.Results:Two groups of patients with anal fissure pain relieve postoperative 3 days,but there was no statistically significant difference pain score(P>0.05),postoperative 7 dragon’s day white powder treatment group patients was significantly reduce pain,postoperative pain score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative wound healing rate of the two groups of patients with anal fissure,postoperative day 7 and 14 days after wound healing rate of treatment group comparedwith control group,has significantly increased(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with postoperative 7 and 14 days wound capillary number all have obvious difference,the treatment group capillary number is rich,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),2 groups of patients with postoperative day 7 postoperative wound VEGF levels,the treatment group was higher than control group(P < 0.05),there are differences in postoperative wound VEGF content in 14 days,and VEGF in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: White dragon’s powder can reduce postoperative wound pain,anal fissure patients postoperative wound healing rate in patients with anal fissure,the generation of new capillaries,wound the expression of VEGF has the effect of positive adjustment,and promote wound healing. |
