| Objective:To compare the value of arterial spin labeling(ASL)and dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced(DSC)in acute ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods:Routine T1WI、T2WI、DWI、FLAIR、MRA、ASL and DSC were performed on 30 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction within 72 hours of symptom onset. The characteristics of blood perfusion in 2 kinds of technology were observed, the consistence of blood perfusion between ASL and DSC were compared. The characteristics of 2 techniques were observed, the positive rate of hypoperfusion between ASL and DSC were compared, use Bowker test to analyze the consistence between ASL and DSC.Results: 30 patients Routine MR scanning,ASL demonstrated 24 cases of hypoperfusion;3 cases of hyperfusion;3 cases of normal perfusion, two techniques have 23 cases consistency in hypoperfusion,2 cases consistency inhyperperfusion,3 cases consistency in normal perfusion, the consistence rate of hypoperfusion is 76.6%.compared ASL with CBF、CBV,showed significant difference(P<0.05),compared ASL with MTT 、 TTP,showed no significant difference(P>0.05),Kappa value of was 0.569 and0.633,showed good consistence in ASL and DSC-TTP.Conclusion:in The noninvasive ASL technology and DSC technology has good consistency in diagnosis of acute ischemic cerebral infarction, and the sensitivity of hypoperfusion is higher than DSC. |
