| Objective:Observing the short-term changes of serum CA125 and PGE2 in the treatment of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of adenomyosis, this thesis observes the clinical significance of serum CA125 and PGE2 in the evaluation of high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation of adenomyosis.Methods:38 patients are selected with adenomyosis from June 2016 to December 2016 in North Sichuan Medical College Hospital, the patients were diagnosed with clinical symptoms and imaging(including color Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging),and they were voluntary selection of high-intensity focus Ultrasound treatment. The pelvic contrast-enhanced MRI scannings were performed on all the patients before and after the therapy;Collecting two tubes of fasting elbow vein blood in the early morning before treatment of HIFU within 48 hours and 1 month after, one tube of the blood was used to determine the serum CA125 value in the North Sichuan Medical College Affiliated Hospital Laboratory, the other one was taken the supernatantafter centrifugation and stored at-80℃ refrigerator, after all the cases were collected, using the method of ELISA to determine of serum PGE2 levels; All patients were assessed by VAS digital score to judge the dysmenorrheal degree before and 1 month after the therapy;Recording the irradiation time, the average power, irradiation dose and other treatment parameters in the process of HIFU treatment.Using the changes of serum CA125,the change rate of serum PGE2,the rate of ablation, the time of ablation, the improvement of dysmenorrhea,Or the change value for the dependent variable for correlation analysis.Results:1.38 cases of patients were successfully completed HIFU treatment, the resumption of pelvic MRI dynamic enhancement scan showed adenocarcinoma lesions with different areas of necrotic areas after the therapy within 24 hours;2.6 patients did not come with follow-up,and the serum CA125 and PGE2 significantly decreased in 32 patients after successful operations. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3.The incidence of dysmenorrhea was significantly improved in 32 patients with successful follow-up,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).4.There was a positive correlation between preoperative serum CA125 and the volume of adenomyosis and the dysmenorrhea score, the correlation coefficients were 0.42,0.33.There was no significant correlation between the remaining variables.Conclusions:1.Serum CA125 levels and adenomyosis lesion size and dysmenorrhea are correlated, and we can refer to the serum CA125 test to determine the severity of adenomyosis;2.Serum levels of CA125 and PGE2 did not indicate a significant correlation with changes in radiation dose, ablation rate and dysmenorrhea score, and whether them could be applied to the evaluation of HIFU ablation treating adenomoysis was supposed to be further.4.By prolonging the follow-up time, serum CA125 may become an effective monitoring index for HIFU treatment of adenomyosis. |
