The Research On The Gene Therapy Of Responsibility Ethics

With rapid development of medical science and technology,Gene therapy which is the result of the development of gene technology and a major breakthrough in the field of Medicine turns up.Gene therapy aims to import exogenous healthy gene into target cells by vector,so as to repair the defective and pathogenic gene and achieve the effect of curing the disease at last.This technique can be used to treat a variety of intractable diseases,in which cancer is the main application field.With the development of gene therapy,it has entered the phase of clinical trials.By proving and excavating of its function and adverse reactions to prepare for the formal treatment.The broad prospect of gene therapy has an irreplaceable significance for medical progress and scientific development.The rapidly research and development of gene therapy technology has made some progress and achievements in many fields.However,it is difficult to avoid some ethical problems,to be specific: the safety problems caused by gene therapy;the responsibility caused by the abuse of gene therapy;ethical issues caused by the excessive development of gene therapy.If these ethical issues cannot be resolved in time,the development and application of this technology could be put off;even worse,it will cause some irreparable adverse consequences.Therefore,how to solve these problems and to promote the smooth progress of clinical trials has become a new challenge for Chinese medical industry.Therefore,in order to solve the problems in the development of gene therapy technology,the ethics of responsibility as a scientific and technological era of ethics,with its pragmatic attitude and professionalism,provides a new dimension of ethics and ethical guidance.In this paper,combined with the development of gene therapy and clinical research situation,it analyzes the actual carrier and treatment system,the main results and the existing ethical issues.From the perspective of ethics of responsibility,this paper analyzes the causes of ethical problems in gene therapy,which is the duties are not well executed by the responsibility subjects including the government,the ethics review committee,the researchers,clinical trials and other subjects.At last,according to the ethical problems and cause of gene therapy,the basic principles of medical ethics and the principle of the bottom line of responsibility ethics are proposed.And four measures from the four aspects of supervision from the legal level,regulatory level,moral level and social level are put forward to strengthen the sense of responsibility and implement the responsibility to ensure the smooth development of gene therapy to benefits mankind.
