Research On Responsibility Ethics Of Human Embryo Gene Editing Technology

Based on the current hotspot issue of gene editing technology in human embryos and the establishment of pregnancy development,this article discusses the ethical risks about the application of human embryo gene editing technology: including violation of ethical principles,violation of individual autonomy,impact on social justice,derogation of personal dignity and etc,comparing the different attitudes of experts,scholars and the governments at home and abroad to discuss the feasibility and analyzing Hans Jonas’ s theory of responsibility ethics,extracting core ideas,discarding the dross and selecting the essential,and improving the theoretical deficiencies,From the perspective of responsibility ethics,analyzing the cause of the problem caused by the technology,and then try to propose a solution to the problem.The responsibility ethics of Hans Jonas leads us to break the traditional "anthropocentrism",to treat the embryo problems from a long-term and holistic perspective,and to try to alleviate the uncontrollability of embryo gene editing technology with a "moderate" new perspective.Demonstrate the importance of conditional scientific freedom and value-neutral scientific attitudes.With the new perspective of responsibility ethics,we hope to construct an ethical framework for the research of human embryo gene editing technology.In addition to the preface and the conclusion,this article has three parts.The preface includes the background and significance of the topic selection,the current status of research at home and abroad,research methods and innovations.The first part introduces the origin and development of the responsibility ethics thought,introduces the background of the responsibility ethics thought,the origin of the responsibility ethics thought(Marx Weber’s thought)and the development(Hans Jonas’ thought),mainly analyzes Jonas’ s ethics of responsibility.The second part reviews the human embryo gene editing technology from the perspective of responsibility ethics.It mainly introduces the current positions of different scholars,experts and governments on the technology,as well as the ethical risks of human embryo gene editing technology,and conducts ethics from the perspective of responsibility ethics.analysis.The third part is the enlightenment of the ethical thinking of human embryo gene editing technology.By reflecting on the shortcomings of Jonas’ s ethical thinking of human embryo gene editing technology,discarding the dross and selecting the essential,it is necessary to combine the actual development of Jonas’ s responsibility ethics to construct an ethical theoretical framework for the development of human embryos’ gene editing technology for finding a realistic way out.On the basis of learning from previous studies,this article does not adopt traditional thinking methods such as deontology,consequence theory and etc,but looks at the problem of human embryo gene editing technology through a new perspective of Hans Jonas’ s responsibility ethics.This new perspective can help us construct an ethical framework for human embryo gene editing research..
