Coronary Heart Disease With Normal Lipids In Jinzhou Region: An Influencing Factors Analysis

Objective1.Survey general information(age,gender,lifestyle and physical examination indicators).in middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease.2.To explore the influencing factors of the prevalence of coronary heart disease in middle-aged people and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods1.A cross-sectional survey was conducted among middle-aged people(45~59 years old)who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography in the First and Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University.2.In a case-control study,we collect 338 cases with normal blood lipids of middle-aged(45~59 years old)after coronary angiography in First and Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University and controls were randomly selected from medical examination center of normal blood lipids in middle-aged346 cases with questionnaire,using non-conditional logistic regression analysis on influencing factors of normal blood lipid analysis of coronary heart disease.Results The risk factors of coronary heart disease with normal blood lipids are age(OR=1.057,95% CI=1.009~1.106),cigarette(OR=1.788,95% CI=1.131~2.827),systolic blood pressure(OR=1.021,95% CI=1.011~1.031),low density lipoprotein(OR=20.947,95% CI=11.267~38.944),Serum bilirubin and lipid composite index(TC/(TBIL+HDL))(OR=504.500,95%CI=86.107~2955.852),male(OR=1.555,95% CI=1.031~2.347);the protective factor was high density lipoprotein(OR=0.746,95% CI=0.483~0.950).Conclusion Age,smoking,systolic blood pressure,LDL,TC ratio were important risk factors for the incidence of coronary heart disease in Jinzhou area,while the HDL is the protective factor,and the prevalence rate of middle-aged men is higher than that of women.
