Biopsy is one of the most important means of medical diagnosis in medical community all the time.The pathological tissue processing is an important step of Biopsy.It should complete pathological tissue preprocess-----making wax-scale during biopsy.Pathological tissue includes many steps like fixation,dehydration,dipping wax,etc.Then dye the wax-scale,and confirm the reason of diseases through microscopic examination.Domestic pathological tissue equipment which mainly depends on import and whose maintenance is difficult is relatively backward currently,and present existing pathological tissue equipment needs cooperating of multi device to complete the processing of expectation.The project will make a full-automatic fast-processing pathological tissue equipment,this will provide a way for clinician to make pathological tissue slice quickly,so that it can provide indispensable equipment guarantee for large-scale diseases screening and pathologically diagnosing.In addition,this can apply to primary hospital,so that provide primary diagnostic basis for patient.The paper is aimed at the development of host computer control system of full-automatic pathological tissue equipment.The system has debugging scheme in advance in the initial stage of the project,we find and solve many problems such as the instability of the communication of master and slave sometimes during the processing of debugging.We decide to change development platform for Qt of Linux according to requirement of the project.We make improvement of working process and function of Host Computer Control System according to the feedback of users,so that the interfaces are more beautiful and more concise,the system is more stable.Host Computer Control System mainly include the modules of tissue processing、cleaning、data export and usinghelp.The paper has completed the design of interface of each module,introduced function realization of each module simply and realized the controlling of slaves.Now the paper is introduced as follows:First,the paper introduces the principle of biopsy simply and insufficient of domestic pathological tissue equipment through introduction,thereby leads to necessity of the development of full-automatic pathological tissue equipment.At last the paper summarizes the source and research significance of the project.Second,the paper introduces relevant technology of Host Computer System.The author introduces embedded system firstly,including the development situation and prospect of embedded system;summarizes embedded operating system follow,mainly introduces the feature and development of Linux,introduces uC/OS-II system simply;At last,introduces the development situation of embedded GUI detailedly,analyzes the performance of various kinds of GUI existing so far and summarizes the mutual effects on embedded system and embedded GUI.Thirdly,the paper introduces the overall architecture of system and relevant development platform.Fourthly,the author puts forward debugging scheme of Host Computer System in advance.Generalizes designs philosophy of this scheme and the design of visual interface,and shows the result of debugging at last.During the processing of debugging,we have solved many problems,and once we succeed in debugging that proves the slaves’ work is completed.And this can ease the burden of debugging at last.But we find some problems such as the interfacial design is not beautiful and pithy,etc.We change the development platform to Qt according to requirement of the project and software copyright.Fifthly,we mainly discuss about the design and realization of the GUI application program based on Qt.The chapter firstly introduces the platform of software development and information mechanism of Qt.Then introduces the design of interface and function realization of each module.Sixthly,the chapter firstly introduces Modbus communication protocol,chose RTU pattern for communication mode,and shows the placement of equipment;then introduced the realization of host function of Modbus detailedly and tested it if succeed in transplanting libmodbus library by simple sample;At last tested the system communication.Finally,the chapter summarized the work which has been finished.I will find problems constantly and look for the shortcoming hard.
