Internet of things technology is a set of radio frequency identification,sensors,global positioning and other information sensing equipment as one of the network technology,any items can be connected with the Internet to achieve intelligent tracking,identification,monitoring and positioning functions,the Internet An extension and extension of technology.Product traceability refers to the process of identification,data preparation,data collection and preservation,and data verification at all stages or stages of product production and distribution.The application of the Internet of Things technology in the product traceability system can improve the traceability efficiency and accuracy of the traceability system.In this paper,the origin of Chinese herbal medicine as the background,around the two-dimensional code,RFID and WSN technology in the application of traceability system to study.The security of product information in traceability system is an important prerequisite for product security and traceability.The article studies the two-dimensional code security problem,and uses RSA algorithm to encrypt the two-dimensional code.RFID data in the collection,will produce a lot of redundant data,the article improved the traditional filtering algorithm to improve the efficiency of the algorithm,saving network bandwidth.At the same time,the paper uses the Gaussian filter model to filter the data source RSSI,uses the DBSCAN algorithm to eliminate the estimated position,reduces the error caused by the unreliable factor,and improves the positioning accuracy.At the end of this paper,the source system of Chinese herbal medicine is designed,and the sensor technology,RFID technology and wireless sensor network technology are integrated into the traceability system.The sensor node,coordinator node and gateway node based on ZigBee wireless sensor network are designed.Finally,the whole framework and logical framework of the system are presented.The traceability system is completed by using the Python language and the Django framework.The traceability of the system and the warehouse environment is tested according to the specific requirements of the system.The results show that the system can run stably and can be effective Real-time monitoring of product traceability information.For the application to the actual production environment,the system still need to continue to improve,the need to integrate more Internet of things technology.The establishment of a sound traceability system of Chinese herbal medicines can effectively enhance the transparency of information flow in the circulation of Chinese herbal medicines,curb the phenomenon of adulteration and counterfeiting,improve the management level and recall efficiency of the enterprises,enhance the safety awareness of Chinese herbal medicine products and The government regulates the quality and safety of Chinese herbal medicines.With the traceability technology and the continuous improvement of Internet of Things technology,will certainly be the development of the domestic economy has far-reaching significance.
