Eight-Gem Decoction Combined With Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection On The Clinical Study Of Renal Anemia

Objective: The experimental study on random control method in this paper.Through the comparison of Eight-Gem Decoction combined with Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection and Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection on the single with spleen and kidney yin deficiency,damp and curative effect in patients with type of renal anemia,and to explore its mechanism for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of renal anemia with new ideas and methods.Methods: The 60 patients with renal anemia criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the order of treatment.The experimental group and the control group had 30 cases each.Two groups of patients were given the same basic treatment,quit alcohol,low salt and low-fat high protein diet and proper exercise,avoid emotional stress and chronic kidney disease to give education and knowledge,if accompanied by other causes of anemia in chronic kidney disease,such as iron deficiency anemia,megaloblastic anemia,were given symptomatic treatment related.The two groups were given treatment on the basis of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection(EPO)subcutaneous injection dose,from the beginning of the 50 ~ 60U/kg / QW,three times a week by subcutaneous injection,according to the patient’s condition may be appropriate dose adjustment.The test group received EPO combined with Eight-Gem Decoction,one dose daily,orally two times.Two groups of patients were observed for 30 days as a course of treatment,continuous observation of 2 courses.The clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of hemoglobin,hematocrit,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and other anemia,renal function indexes and clinical symptoms of TCM were analyzed.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%.The curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the experimental group,p<0.01.After treatment of the two groups of patients with RBC,Hb and Hct were compared with before treatment,the differences were significant p<0.05;red blood cells of the two groups of patients after treatment compared with before treatment with significant differences,and the experimental group than the control group,p<0.05.The serum creatinine and urea decreased in the experimental group,but the blood urea nitrogen decreased in the control group,but the decrease of serum creatinine was not obvious.In improving the symptoms of TCM improvement,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 53.33%.The efficacy of the two groups was better than that of the experimental group,p<0.01.Conclusion: Eight-Gem Decoction combined with Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection to significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with renal anemia,in improving hemoglobin,elevated hematocrit and lower blood urea nitrogen than single Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection effect.
