Observation On Clinical Efficacy Of Warm Kidney And Spleen Decoction And Recombinant Human Erythropin In Patients With Chronic Kidney Failure And Renal Anemia

Objective:The efficacy and safety of Wenshen Jianpi decoction combined with recombinant human propofol in the treatment of renal anemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)were evaluated.Methods:Collect 60 patients with chronic renal disease,stage 3-4 renal anemia,according to the clinical inclusion criteria,through the random number table divided into two groups: treatment group(Winshen Jianpi decoction combined with recombinant human propofol),control group(recombinant human propofol),30 in each group,for four weeks,observation indexes were TCM syndrome integral,laboratory examination index(red blood cell count RBC,hemoglobin HB,red blood cell compression product HCT,blood creatinine SCr,Urea Nitrogen BUN),and clinical efficacy.Two groups recorded 0 and 4 weeks TCM syndrome score,laboratory index,safety index,adverse reaction symptoms,All data obtained were statistically analyzed using statistical software(SPSS21.0).Results:1.Compared with the control group after 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group(Wenshen Jianpi decoction combined with recombinant human propofol)was 80.0,and that of control group(recombinant human propofol)was 53.3.The results of statistical software analysis were P<0.05,which had significant difference.2.After 4 weeks of treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the main syndrome score,the secondary syndrome score and the total score were compared,P<0.05,there were significant differences.Laboratory indexes(erythrocyte count RBC 、hemoglobin HB 、 hematocrit Hct 、 serum creatinine Scr 、 urea nitrogen BUN)were significantly different.3.There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:The treatment of renal anemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)by Winshen Jianpi decoction combined with recombinant human propofol can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of TCM;the laboratory indexes(red blood cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen)after treatment have been obviously improved;no obvious adverse reactions have been found during the treatment,indicating that Winshen Jianpi decoction combined with recombinant human propofol has better safety.
