Research On Efficacy Of Two Internal Fixation Methods In The Treatment Of Type Neer Distal Clavicle Fractures

Objective: This study is to observe the curative effect of clavicular hook plate and anatomical locking plate in the treatment of type Neer distal clavicle fracture.In order to achieve the clinic classification of distal clavicle fracture and explore proper treatments for Neer type II distal clavicle fracture,analysis was used to study the causes and mechanism of the injury of distal clavicle fracture.Methods: According to the exclusion criteria,60 cases,which hospital stay was from October 2014 to November 2016,were selected.The cases were randomly divided into two groups,and were treated with TCM combined with surgery but with different plates: Group A adopted Clavicular Hook plate,while Group B adopted Anatomical locking plate.After the operation,the cases got follow-up visit in half a month,one month,two months,three months so as to be observed the recovery status of the injured limb.Then Constant-Murley and postoperative table were made according to the results.Results:(1)In Group A: average reached:73.92±14.26,in B group,average reaches 82.57±9.20,As a result,Group B was better than Group Ain the perfromance of Constant-Murley.Also the cure rate in Group A were less than Group B.According to t Test,the value of P was 0.047,which has statistical significance.(2)The average cure time of Group A was 8.87±0.55 week,while Group B was 8.78±0.58 week.Given the treatment time of the two groups was basically the same,there is no statistical significance.(3)The soft tissue swelling degree of Group A were: 6 cases of degreeⅠ,17 of degreeⅡand 7 of degreeⅢ,while in Group B the number were 5,21 and 4.Hence,there was no difference between the two groups in terms of soft tissue swelling.
