Analysis On Professor Zhang Minghe’s Herbal Administration Experience For Sjogren’s Syndrome By Using TCM Inheritance Support System

Objective: Using traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system(V2.5),this study analyzes Professor Zhang Minghe’s law of differentiation of symptoms and signs,in this way we can summarize clinical experience and promote the old Chinese academic thought tradition.Methods: Collecting the original outpatient records of Professor Zhang Minghe’s treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.The symptoms in the medical records,prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,we have a standardized treatment.Then the information into the traditional Chinese medicine heritage support system(V2.5),creating original database.Using the data mining function of the system,we can analyzes Professor Zhang Minghe’s and commonly used drugs,the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome prescription law.Sum up a new prescription,and some symptoms and signs and high frequency of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed.Results: The result of frequence statistics shows:the most universal clinical symptoms of 100 SS patients are xerostomia and dryness of eye,respectively 96% and 78%,there are 130 herbs belonging to 15 drug category in 200 herbal prescriptions.The use of the frequency of the top 10 drugs : notopterygium littoralis,Dendrobium,polygonatum,dandelion,gardenia,plum,Ophiopogon,licorice,asparagus.The main categories of drugs involved are antipyretic,tonic medicine,blood stasis,phlegm and antiasthmatic,rheumatism medicine.Through the analysis of association rules,the core drugs and the law of compatibility between each other were obtained.20 core combinations were obtained by entropy clustering,and they were evolved into 10 new prescriptions.Conclusion: Dryness invasion,deficiency of Qi and Yin,blood stasis,those factors are core pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome.In drug use part,Professor Zhang Minghe is based on heat clearing drugs,then get rid of the disease,and nourishing Yin,tonifying Qi,simultaneous removing phlegm and removing blood stasis,regulating visceral function,reflecting Professor Zhang’s concept of targeted treatment.
