Based On Literature Research To Explore The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Primary Sjögren's Syndrome

Objective:Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)as a carrier,the literature reviews related to the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome(pSS)by traditional Chinese medicine is deeply excavated and utilized,and the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome are analyzed aiming to provide a certain guidance for the medication of primary Sjogren’s syndrom syndrome during the clinical treatment process and a certain scientific basis for the development of new drugs.Methods:Searching the Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP China Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature reviews will be strictly screened,sorted,and summarized,and the prescription drugs that met the criteria were entered into the database.Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),the frequency statistics,association rules,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering methods were adopted to obtain the basic medication rules,frequency of Core drug combinations,association rules between drugs,new prescriptions combination and the potential new prescription for the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome(pSS).Result:1.This article screened out 91 prescriptions and 156 medicines that meet the criteria.2.Frequency analysis:The frequency analysis of all Chinese medicines was carried out.The top 10 Chinese medicines used were:Ophiopogon japonicus,licorice,rehmannia glutinosa,white peony root,scrophulariaceae,dendrobium,and angelica.,Astragalus,Lycium barbarum,Radix Adenophora,and Ophiopogon,Licorice,and Rehmannia glutinosa are the first choice drugs for the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome.3.Analysis of drug properties,drug taste and drug returning to the meridian:Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome has a total frequency of 875 times.The frequency of occurrence is 416 times(47.54%)for coldness,198 times(22.63%)for mildness,and 196 times for mildness(22.40).%),63 times of cold(7.20%),2 times of hot(0.23%).The total frequency of drug taste is 1431 times,and the order of appearance frequency is from high to low:sweet taste 649 times(45.35%),bitter taste 435 times(30.40%),pungent taste 173 times(12.09%),sour taste 95 times(6.6%),salty taste 43 times(3.00%),36 times of astringency(2.52%).The total frequency of returning to the meridian is 2308,and the frequency of occurrence in descending order is:464 lung meridians(20.10%),stomach meridian 421(18.24%),liver meridian 331(14.34%),spleen meridian 327(14.17%),292 heart meridians(12.65%),285 kidney meridians(12.35%),large intestine meridians 76 times(3.29%),small intestine meridians 35 times(1.52%),bladder meridians 30 times(1.30%),gall bladder meridians 29 times(1.26%),and pericardial meridians 18 times(0.78%).4.Formula analysis:Based on frequency statistics,there are 22 drug pairs with a frequency greater than or equal to 18,among which "Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia glutinosa","Ophiopogon japonicus,licorice" are the preferred drug pairs for the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome;based on association rules,the confidence level is greater than or equal to 0.9 drug combinations of "Dendrobium,Rehmannia glutinosa→Ophiopogon","Nanshashen→Ophiopogon","Scrophulariaceae→Ophiopogon".5.Core combination analysis for new square clustering:Through complex system entropy clustering statistical analysis,8 groups of core combinations for new prescriptions clustering are obtained,which are①Forsythia_Edocarpus_Lonicerae;②Forsythia_Edocarpus_Pangolin;③Spatholobus spatholobi_White Snake Diffusa_Rhizoma Drynariae;④Hedyotis diffusa_Ebony_Peony Bark;⑤Honeysuckle_Red Peony_Asarum;_Huangjing_Leonurus_black sesame seeds.6.Potential new party analysis:Four potential new prescriptions are generated based on the combination of new prescriptions,which are:①Forsythia,Curcuma,Honeysuckle,Pangolin;②Spatholobus,Oldenlandia diffusa,Drynaria,Ebony,Moutan;③Honeysuckle,Red peony root,asarum,tuberculous wind;④Rehmannia glutinosa,chrysanthemum,dogwood,Moutan bark,mulberry,Polygonatum,motherwort,black sesame.Conclusion:1.The first choice of Chinese medicine to treat primary Sjogren’s syndrome is Ophiopogon,Licorice,and Rehmannia glutinosa.2.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome is mainly cold and sweet,and the main meridians are the lung meridian and stomach meridian.3.The core combination of traditional Chinese medicine for treating primary Sjogren’s syndrome is"Ophiopogon japonicus,Rehmannia glutinosa","Ophiopogon japonicus,licorice".4.Based on entropy cluster analysis,4 potential new formulas are obtained.
