| Objective: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of three surgical treatments for congenital hepatic cyst.Methods: Study objects: 99 cases of hepatic cysts treated in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2016.99 cases of hepatic cyst were divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group according to operation mode,59 cases in endoscopic group and 40 cases in laparotomy group.The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative complications and total hospitalization expenses of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results: The laparoscopic group compared with laparotomy group,operation time(t=2.86,P<0.05),less bleeding(t=2.82,P < 0.05),hospitalization time(t=3.67,P<0.05),postoperative complications(wound infection and bile leakage)less(?2=5.6,P < 0.05),the two groups the total cost of hospitalization is(t=-1.102,P > 0.05);Conclusion: Hepatic cysts laparotomy and laparoscopic treatment have advantages and disadvantages,but the advantages of laparoscopic treatment are more obvious.If the indications and contraindications are mastered,they can be the first choice for surgical treatment of hepatic cysts... |
