Analysis Of Related Factors Of Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis In 105 Female Patients With Breast Cancer

Objective: In this paper,through analysing the clinicopathological features of 105 cases of female breast cancer patients,explore the related factors of breast cancer patients with axillary lymph node metastasis,and to assess the severity of the condition,to provide reference for evaluation of operation and comprehensive treatment scheme,prognosis.Methods: The clinical data of newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.SPSS22.0software was used for statistical processing,obey the normal distribution measurement data,such as age,blood lipid level using the t test,the remaining count data were compared by row by row chi square test by correlation analysis between groups.Based on the difference of P<0.05,the positive correlation between the factors and the axillary lymph node metastasis in patients with breast cancer was determined.Results: In 105 cases,45 cases of axillary lymph node metastasis,the metastasis rate was 43%.Between groups chi square test results showed that in the age of the patients(P=0.024),tumor size(P=0.043),vascular invasion(P=0.000)and histological grade(P=0.04)and pathological type(P=0.046)and so on between the groups of axillary lymph node metastasis rate had significant difference,is a significant factor for the occurrence of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.Among them,the young group,the long diameter greater than the 5cm group,the vascular tumor thrombus invasion group,the histological grade III group and the non invasive cancer group were the high risk group of lymph node metastasis.But in the course of the disease(P=0.546),tumor location(P=0.136),molecular typing(P=0.153),tumor number(P=0.376),blood lipid level(P=0.147)and so on on the metastasis of axillary lymph node rate between group difference was not significant.Conclusions: In the group of women with breast cancer,nearly half(axillary lymph node metastasis rate was 43%)occurs in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis.The young age,tumor size,tumor thrombus invasion,high histological grade and infiltration factors of non special pathological types were high risk factors of axillary lymph node metastasis,which has important clinical significance to assess the condition,formulate comprehensive treatment and evaluation of prognosis of postoperative.
