Objective: The MRI findings of 100 cases of HIE were diagnosed by MRI. The correlation between clinical diagnosis and MRI diagnosis of HIE was analyzed. DWI and SWI were scanned on the basis of T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR scanning. The diagnostic value of DWI and SWI in HIE.Methods: One,the experimental method, based on the clinical diagnosis of HIE in children with 100 cases, using GE1.5T magnetic resonance T1WI, T2WI, flair, DWI and SWI sequence scanning. Hie analysis of children from the image data acquisition, using statistical method of Spearman correlation analysis, correlation analysis the number of diagnosed cases of HIE MRI the clinical and experimental methods. Two, based on the clinical diagnosis of HIE in children with 100 cases, randomly selected 50 cases of HIE were divided into two groups, one group of 25 cases of 1-7 days after birth with HIE group, the 25 cases of 8-14 days after the birth of children with HIE, and the two group hie underwent magnetic resonance T1 WI,T2WI, flair and DWI sequences scanning, analysis of hypoxic brain lesions were obtained by the number of check of chi square test to compare the detection statistics, conventional MRI sequences and DWI sequences. The experimental method of three lesions, based on the clinical diagnosis of HIE in children with 100 cases, randomly selected 70 cases of children with HIE underwent magnetic resonance T1WI, T2WI, flair, SWI sequence scanning, scanning the foci of intracranial hemorrhage the number of The method of chi square test was used to compare the detection of intracranial hemorrhage with conventional MRI sequences and SWI sequences. Results: One, the experimental method, 100 HIE patients, the clinical diagnosis of 55 cases of mild, moderate 36 cases, severe in 9 cases; the MRI diagnosis is: 50 normal cases, 17 mild cases, 25 moderate cases and 8 severe cases. Do spearman correlation analysis between MRI diagnostic with clinical diagnostic,r=0.972, P =0.0001,P<0.05,The difference is statistically significantTwo experimental methods: group A was born for 25 cases of 1-7 days with HIE T1WI sequences were detected in hypoxic 90 lesions,T2WI sequences were detected in hypoxic 53 lesions, flair sequences were detected in 60 lesions. DWI sequence, 187 lesions were detected, the data were analyzed by chi square test, P =0.007,0.021,0.000,P<0.05,The difference is statistically significant.P values were less than two in the 0.05. group two was born for 8-14 days hie T1WI sequences were detected in 25 cases of children with hypoxic lesions 59, T2WI sequences were detected in hypoxic 27 lesions, 41 lesions were detected in the FLAIR sequence, DWI sequence 32 lesions were detected, the data were analyzed by chi square test, P =0.724,0.982,0.596, P>0.05, The difference is not have statistically significant.Three experimental methods: 70 cases of children with HIE, MRI sequence to check out the bleeding for a total of 180, of which the intracerebral hemorrhage is the number 127, a number of subarachnoid blood foci was 32 subdural hemorrhage, number 13, intraventricular hemorrhage foci number is 8, SWI MRI to check out the bleeding for a total of 77, of which the intracerebral hemorrhage number 57,subarachnoid hemorrhage number 6, subdural hemorrhage number is 5 intraventricular hemorrhage, focal number is 9, the routine MRI sequence and magnetic resonance SWI sequence to check out the total number of focal hemorrhage were analyzed by chi square test, P value is 0.045 , P<0.05,The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: 1. Neonatal HIE MRI diagnosis and clinical diagnosis of a certain difference, the mild coincidence rate is low, and moderate to severe coincidence rate is higher.2. On the basis of conventional sequential scans,DWI was more sensitive to the sensitivity of HIE brain lesions than in one week after one week.3. Magnetic resonance SWI sequence on the statistical significance of cerebral hemorrhage was superior to conventional MR sequences of subdural hematoma and subarachnoid hemorrhage lesions was less than the conventional.4. Increasing SWI and DWI sequence scans on a regular sequence scan can improve the MRI diagnosis of HIE.
