A Case Study Of The Second Category Of Vaccination Intention And Influencing Factors Of Parents Of Children In Chaoyang District

Objective:To investigate the vaccination rate of children in Chaoyang District and explore related influencing factors.To learn the attitude towards the second of vaccine among parents of children in Chaoyang District.In order to improve the proportion of vaccination of children in the second category,and further for the second type of vaccination of children to provide a scientific basis.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the self-administered questionnaires of children’s parents and medical staff in Chaoyang District from October to December in 2015 and April to June in 2016,respectively.With the simple random sampling method,we take 9 clinics into the study.726 parents were selected to answer the questionnaires,which includes the information of demographic characteristics,cognitive condition towards vaccine and the potential influencing factors.Also,we surveyed 15 community health hospitals,including 118 doctors,to learn the understanding of the second category of vaccine.In the study of 2016,we selected 232 parents and 212 medical staff.All the data was input in the Epidata software.After the cleaning procedure,data was used to analysis.Chi square and Logistic method were used to analysis.Results:1.Chaoyang District,the second category of vaccination of children affected by the"Shandong vaccine event",in 2016 parents willingness to vaccinate and vaccination recommended enthusiasm than in 2015 were significantly reduced.2.Parents of children of the second category of vaccine believe:that intramuscular vaccination is more safe vaccination,that the necessity of vaccination is the most important factor in child vaccination parents account for 40%of all respondents.On 2015 first through the media(radio,television,network),followed by health care practitioners introduced to understand the vaccine-related knowledge,2016 order inversion.3.Parents’ williness of the second type of vaccine:77.69%of parents in 2015,55.6%of parents in 2016 are willing to vaccinate their children at their own expense.4.The factors influencing children’s the second type of vaccine in 2015 are as follows:In 2015,univariate analysis showed that the factors influencing parents’ willingness to vaccinate the second type of vaccine were:"The relationship between the surveyed children and children,residence time,Degree,the family per capita monthly income,home to the inoculation point is convenient,the road to spend time,to accept the waiting time,vaccination point of service time.In 2016,univariate analysis showed that the factors that affected the willingness of the parents to receive the second type of vaccine were "home to the point of inoculation."Conclusion:1.Chaoyang District,parents of children on the two types of vaccine awareness is not comprehensive,the future should further strengthen publicity and education.2.Should focus on the low level of parents of the population of two types of vaccine publicity and education,to strengthen the two types of vaccine home will.
