| Object: To explore the applied value of the 3D visualization technology combined with punctured and injected dye to portal vein under intraoperative ultrasound guidance in anatomic liver resection.Method:the clinical data of 32 patients with benign or malignant liver diseases underwent liver resection in Department of hepatobiliary surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The 3D visualization technology combined with punctured and injected dye to portal vein under intraoperative ultrasound guidance was performed on 15 patients;the simple intraoperative ultrasound guided portal vein puncture staining technique was performed on 17 patients. To compared between the two groups the success rate of puncture. And the incidence of blood loss, operation time and red blood cell transfusion were compared the between successful puncture patients of two groups.Result: The success puncture rate of 3D group was higher than that of non 3D group(p<0.05);In the successful puncture patients of 3D group, the operation time was 259.23±59.08 min and the red blood transfusion was 1.46±1.51 u,In the non 3D group, the operation time was 285.63±36.30 min and the red blood transfusion was 1.63±1.50 u.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the operation time and the red blood cell transfusion(p>0.05).In group 3D the blood loss was 273.08 ± 109.19 ml,while in the non 3D group the blood loss was 381.25±84.25 ml,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: Using 3D visualization technology to make operation plans and simulate puncture section, could reduce the difficulty of puncturing and injecting of dye,and to ensure the completion of anatomical liver resection. |
