| Background The acromioclavicular joint dislocation is a common disease in orthopaedic trauma disease types, one of the clinical incidence of showing a rising trend year by year,so for the acromioclavicular joint dislocation of the related clinical research has important realistic significance and research value. The current severe acromioclavicular joint dislocation(Rockwood III and above),conventional conservative treatment the effect not beautiful, the preferred treatment is given priority to with surgical treatment. In recent years, the use of clavicular hook plate for acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation has gradually become a mature, standard treatments, including traditional incision clavicular hook plate and percutaneous implantation of clavicular hook plate. But traditional incision clavicular hook plate is placed large trauma, postoperative recovery period is longer,in order to optimize the operation and accelerate the postoperative recovery, this study summarizes clinical practice experience, using two methods of surgical treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation and comparative analysis. Objective Through percutaneous implantation of clavicular hook plate and the traditional incision clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation clinical curative effect difference comparison, optimization of clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation operation, acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation in order to achieve rapid postoperative recovery of patients. For patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation treatment curative effect is better,as well as acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation clinical research to provide reliable basis. Methods 124 patients with acute shoulder dislocation dislocation who were treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were divided into study group(68 cases)and control group(56 cases).68 patients in the study group were treated with percutaneous insertion of the clavicle hook plate, and the control group was treated with the traditional incision in the treatment of 56 cases with the treatment of the clavicle hook plate. The wound length(CM),operation time(min),bleeding volume(ML),and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results(1)the incision length of the study group is(3.48±0.33)cm,while the incision length of the control group is(7.41±0.86)cm.The operation time of the study group is(50.34±7.43)min,while the operation time of the study group is(57.86±10.34)min.The blood loss of the study group is(60.34±9.23)ml,while the blood loss of the study group is(69.36±9.46)ml.Compare two groups and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)the clinical overall excellent and good rate of the study group was 94.12%,while the control group was 82.14%.The two groups of patients with different surgical treatment of the overall excellent and good rate of the clinical group, the overall excellent rate of study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between groups of data(x2=4.3968,P=0.0360).Conclusion Compared with the traditional incision implantation clavicular hook plate, percutaneous implantation of clavicular hook plate to treat acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation has good clinical curative effect, simple operation, short operation time, less blood loss, postoperative incision surgery beautiful degree is high, fewer complications, has good clinical application value and popularization value. |
