The rapid development of economy has promoted the continuous improvement of urbanization level.Urbanization(urbanization)generally refers to the process of population concentration to urban areas and the transformation of rural areas into urban areas.Urbanization in three aspects: First,the transfer of rural population to the town,the place of residence and occupation of the change;Second,agriculture to intensive development,economic and industrial development to the second and third industries;Third,the road landscape and geographical nature Changes in the way of urbanization spread and spread.In order to better realize the integration of urban and rural areas and realize the medical security between urban and rural areas in the social security system occupies an important position,although China has basically completed the urban and rural residents into the medical security system,but the medical resources,medical treatment There is still a big gap between urban and rural areas,and then how to achieve the development of medical institutions in the further development of the development of medical hospitals,rural areas to improve the health insurance system,become a social security research worthy of the task.In this paper,the use of literature analysis,multi-case study method,comparative analysis and other methods to Nanchang surrounding three village,Luoxi village,Daxi village as a research site,rural empty nest elderly interviews,understanding of the elderly health,Health care,health awareness and many other realities.This paper studies the medical security of rural empty nests from the perspective of urbanization as a new perspective.First of all,through the literature analysis and field understanding of the three urbanization level analysis,from the urbanization path,industrial economy,infrastructure,three angles of analysis,and come three village,Luoxi village,Daxi village urbanization level Incremental results,and the descriptive analysis of the common features of 28 rural empty nesters surveyed.Secondly,according to the level of urbanization,the problems of common problems and differences in medical aspects of rural empty nests in rural areas were studied.In the study,it is found that rural elderly people in rural areas have serious problems such as overburdened medical expenses,inadequate nursing staff,lack of first aid construction and low penetration rate of medical knowledge.On the other hand,they also find differences.First,different urbanization levels The difference between the different urbanization levels on the medical infrastructure construction,the impact of different income on the choice of medical treatment,and the other is the impact of different transportation price adjustment on medical first aid.(1)to further improve the health insurance policies for urban and rural residents;(2)to improve the rural empty nest elderly medical disposable funds;(3)to optimize the rural health insurance policy;(3)to optimize the urban health insurance policy;(4)to strengthen the publicity of medical and health knowledge;(5)to promote employment by industry,increase the care of the elderly;(6)the establishment of rural medical emergency mechanism and other six aspects of the proposal.
