Baliao Acupoint Of Ancient And Modern Application Research

Objective: To summarize the characteristics and rules of the Baliao Acupoint through analyzing and arranging the literatures about Baliao Acupoint in ancient and modern literatures,such as the names,location and therapectic disease of the acupoint.To provide powerful basis about clinical application and generalization of Baliao Acupoint.Methods: The ancient literature mainly use Chinese Medical Code(fifth edition)as the source of retrieval.The modern literature is mainly based on the ones included in the Chinese Knowledge Network(before 2016.12.31)combine the manual and computer retrieval,make effort to research the ancient and modern literatures about Baliao Acupoint and establish the database.Put data about the name,location,publication time and therapectic disease and so on into Excel table doing statistical studies.Results:(1)Consult 90 ancient chinese medical books,embed 73 books,including clinical subjects,medical treatment cases,acupuncture and massage comprehensive medical books,chinese medicine dictionary.(2)Extract 1094 articles,embed 724 articles including 159 articles about treatment method,mostly in acupuncture and message,three fen needle depth,ten breathing more than three zhuang about moxibustion,including 286 articles about therapectic disease,totally 97 kinds of disease,the top five frequency of disease are low back pain,relieving the bowels uneasily,bowel bloating,the abdomen distending,red and white leucorrhea/ leaching.(3)Consult 13136 modern literatures,embed 11490 literatures including 7959 literatures about clinical application and 3531 literatures about theory discussion.The top three disease are: 2328 cases of gynecological diseases,1340 cases of motor system,1132 cases of urinary system disorders.Conclusion: Based on the study of ancient and modern literatures of Baliao Acupoint,summarize and analyse the therapeutic rules and location methods of Baliao Acupoint,summarize the clinical application chracteristics about ancient and modern lituratures of Baliao Acupoint about therapeutic disease,providing theoretical basis about the clinical application of Baliao Acupoint.
