Observation On The Efficacy Of Deep Puncture At Baliao Acupoint In The Treatment Of Pain After Exfoliation And Internal Ligation Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of deep needling Bahui point in the treatment of post-operative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.The best choice is to guide the clinical treatment.Methods:According to the method of random number table,60 patients with postoperative mixed hemorrhoids were divided into observation group and control group,30 in each group.On the premise of basic treatment such as prevention of infection,hemostasis and dressing change,the treatment group was treated with deep needling of Bahui point,and the control group was treated with oral tramadol.The patients were treated for the first time when their VAS score was more than 3,once a day,for 3 consecutive days.According to the results of the 1st,2nd,3rd and 7th VAS scores,and the postoperative urinary retention score and anal margin edema score,the difference between the two groups was analyzed.Results:Baseline analysis:1.In the treatment group,1 case was lost,29 cases were completed,and in the control group,30 cases were completed.2.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).The results analysis were as follows:1.The pain score of the 2nd,3rd and 7th day in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups in the 1D pain(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the anal border edema score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of urinary retention in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the drug group.There was significant statistical significance(P<0.01);3.In the efficacy evaluation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,significantly better than 86.7%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.There were 4 patients in the control group with nausea and vomiting symptoms,1 case with dizziness symptoms,but the treatment group did not have related adverse reaction symptomsConclusion:1.Deep needling Baliao point can significantly reduce the pain of the 1st,2nd,3rd and 7th day after the external ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.2.deep needling Baliao point can relieve edema and improve urinary retention and safety.
