The Ancient And Modern Literature Research On The Clinical Application Law Of Fenglong Point

Objective:We have searched the use of Fenglong acupoint in the Traditional Chinese Medicine books and modern clinical literatures and summed up the diseases that Fenglong acupoint can treat and the law of concerted application,so as to explore its application principles of Fenglong acupoint.Providing literature evidence to verify the theory “Fenglong acupoint can cure the disease of phlegm” is to offer guidance and Implications for the related clinical treatment and scientific research.Methods:We search the literathres in "Chinese Medical Classics" and China National Knowledge Internet.Combining the methods of literature review and statistics analysis,to analyse Fenglong acupoint application principles and compatibility features.Results: In the related ancient literatures,we have found 198 articles and there are 26 kinds of diseases that Fenglong acupoint can treat.The articles of lung and liver disease are most.There are 68 articles of lung disease and 40 articles of liver disease.In the related modern clinical researches,we have retrieved 469 references and there are 53 kinds of diseases that Fenglong acupoint could treat.The articles of qi-blood-body fluid and liver disease are most.There are151 articles of qi-blood-body fluid disease and 151 articles of liver disease.The wide range of therapeutic effects of Fenglong acupoint not only reveals that the theory of " Fenglong acupoint can cure the disease of phlegm" has a solid theoretical basis and rich clinical application foundation,but also shows that Fenglong acupoint can be widely applied totreating various kinds of related diseases,covering internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,and the treatment of other diseases related to limb andcollateral channels.Conclusion: First,the "Fenglong acupoint can cure the disease of phlegm" theory is based on clinical practice,and reveals the close link of Fenglong acupoint with orofacial location.Second,Fenglong acupoint is widely used in multi-Zang and Fu organ system disorders,and the liver,qi-blood-body fluid and lung diseases are principal illness that Fenglong acupoint can cure.
