The TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Clinical Study Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients With Hypertension

Purposes: Through the analysis of TCM syndromes and clinical distribution of patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)combined with hypertension,it provides a theoretical basis for dialysis patients’ blood pressure control in order to facilitate clinical intervention and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in dialysis patients,and ultimately improve the quality of life of dialysis patients.Methods: According to the available information,the relevant literatures were reviewed,and the TCM research questionnaires of MHD combined with hypertension were established by retrospective study method.The questionnaire was screened according to the inclusion criteria,and the questionnaires were completed in real and objective way.Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for descriptive analysis of data,factor analysis,clustering analysis and rank sum test.Results: The clinical data of 244 patients with MHD complicated with hypertension were analyzed by frequency analysis.The symptoms and signs and signs of tongue moss were preserved.Then,factor analysis was performed to obtain 21 potential common factors.The common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,the common factor,7,the common factor 11,the common factor 12,the common factor 18 belongs to the phlegm-dampness factor;the common factor 14,15,16,17,19,20 belongs to the yin deficiency syndrome factor;Then the public factor cluster analysis to get 5 card type,respectively,temper deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome,wet turbidity in the card,blood stasis syndrome.And the relationship between TCM syndromes and age,course of disease,dialysis age and clinical index was discussed.Conclusion: MHD combined with hypertension patients mainly include five syndromes,namely,spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome,wet turbidity in the card,blood stasis syndrome.The pathogenesis of this disease to the main virtual,the actual situation is mixed,the main manifestations of deficiency for the temperament deficiency,kidney deficiency;evidence to blood stasis and wet turbidity,the actual situation is mixed with liver and kidney deficiency and phlegm;Through the MHD combined with the course of hypertension in patients with dialysis age analysis,the disease initially manifested as deficiency,to Qi Qi more common,disease development for a long time,become yang,the last manifested as Yin,wet and stasis Blood in the development of various stages of the disease are reflected in the clinical indicators,the hemoglobin,albumin reflects the nutritional status of patients,poor nutritional status are more common in temperament deficiency,creatinine,urea nitrogen reflect the situation of toxins,toxins Stagnation more common in the wet turbidity in the card,the rest of the syndromes no significant difference between.
