| Objective:Observation of Yangxue complex palace Pill on blood stasis type of cesarean section all the clinical curative effect of patients with Postpartum Lochiorrhea.Nourishing complex clinical application of palace pill to provide a scientific basis.Method:Collected from January 2015 ~2016 year in January during the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jining city hospital and meet the diagnostic criteria of the cesarean section Postpartum Lochiorrhea patients 92 cases,according to randomly divided into treatment group 46 cases and control group of 46 cases.The control group using Xinshenghua granule with warm water,a bag of 2 x 6G,3 times daily;preparation blood treatment group used traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jining city hospital complex palace pill,oral,9g once,3 times daily.Two groups were treated with 7d for the course of treatment,continuous administration of 2 courses of treatment for 1.Comparison of two groups after the treatment of disease curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect before and after treatment,and symptom scores,different age treatment of TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndromes in different stages of treatment,integral sub syndrome integral,uterine volume changes,hemoglobin,red blood cells,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,fibrinogen and changes during the treatment the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:(1)disease treatment group total efficiency(95.65%)was higher than the control group(78.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.48%)was higher than that in the control group(76.09%),and the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Two groups of syndrome points after treatment decreased significantly,and with statistical difference(P<0.05);treatment group syndrome score after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,and with statistical difference(P<0.05);(4)Two groups of different ages syndrome score after treatment significantly reduced,and the statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);treatment in different age group syndrome score after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group and had significant difference(P < 0.05);and two groups of different ages syndrome score in treatment group no significant difference(P > 0.05);(5)Two groups of treatment of 2 courses of syndrome integral treatment a course of treatment decreased significantly and has a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);treatment group 1 treatment and treatment 2 course of syndrome integral were significantly lower than control group and had significant difference(P < 0.05);(6)two groups of continuous time,blood,blood,blood,abdominal pain scores of the treatment after decreased significantly,and the statistically significant difference(P<0.05);treatment group duration,blood,blood,blood,abdominal pain scores after treatment below the control group and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(7)two groups of three uterine size decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group three after treatment of uterine size was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(8)Two groups of plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen after treatment than before treatment decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment group,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate lower than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(9)the two groups had no serious adverse reaction of drugs.Conclusion:Nourishing pill in the treatment of blood stasis type were complex uterine cesarean section Postpartum Lochiorrhea patients,can significantly improve the syndromes,patients can significantly reduce the volume of uterus,and can reduce the plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,safe and reliable,has the important research value,worthy of further promotion and application. |
