| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum stress incontinence.Methods:Sixty-four patients with postpartum lochia regurgata with qi deficiency and blood stasis were screened and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group on average.The control group was given leonurus injection,and the treatment group was given buyang huanwu decoction plus or minus oral administration on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:1.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),with the effective rate of 94%in the treatment group and 87%in the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.After treatment,the hemostatic effect of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),and the hemostatic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of single syndrome of TCM in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),and the effective rate of each syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.After treatment,there was a significant difference in uterine volume between the two groups(P<0.05).The decrease of uterine volume in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment effect was better.5.After treatment,the difference of hemoglobin between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The increase range of hemoglobin value in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the effect was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Buyang huanwu decoction is effective in the treatment of postpartum lochia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
