Staff infringement by toxic substances encountered in operating activities or different kinds of accidents and damage to life,health and safety hazards referred to occupational hazards.Direct occupational hazard refers to the staff in the production process due to toxic and hazardous materials being infringed or encounter a variety of insecurity caused by damage to the health of workers and even life-threatening phenomenon.Occupational hazards metallurgical steel industry dust,toxins,heat,vibration,noise.Dust concentrations exceeding the number of patients and a lot of dust is the direct cause of high incidence.After the occurrence of occupational hazards not only directly harm the health of workers and even life-threatening safety,but also affect the security and stability of society as a whole,or even damage the international image of our country,so we must attach great importance to the prevention and control of occupational hazards.Three steel plant is the main production plant in Handan Iron and Steel Company,founded in 1994,negative for the important task of the central link and post production company quality steel synergistic.Existing 4 100 t top and bottom blowing converter,four LF refining furnace,a duplex RH vacuum refining furnace,two continuous slab caster,an 8-strand billet caster machine 8,with annual Eligible production capacity of 4million tons of billet.In this paper,Hangang three steelworks for the study of the production process of occupational hazards risk analysis.Through the overall layout and production processes,equipment layout analysis and inspection,to understand in terms of the overall layout,the main raw technology and other equipment with the relevant national standards compliance.Through various trades and occupational risk factors were each job field identification shows that the main risk factors of carbon monoxide poisoning,dust,heat,noise,ionizing radiation.Each workplace occupational hazards were classified.Workplace Dust graded 0(relatively harmless jobs);a converter furnace # 1 # converter control room,grill package,1 # LF refining furnace,1 # LF refining furnace Cockpit classified as toxic work ? level(severe harm job),billet casting platform toxic work graded 0(relatively harmless jobs);other locations outside noise job cutting machine for 0 security operations,cutting jobs grade ? mild hazards;1 #LF refining furnace grade ? very severe harm job,converter furnace,baking kits,billet casting platform,billet storage areas were grade ? mild hazardous work,casting and pouring steel plate two platforms,cutting machine does not meet the light the degree of harm to the job(? level).According to the analysis results and the actual production process,developed a gas leak explosion prevent poisoning,dust,dry,high temperature and other occupational safety control measures.
