| Objective: to determine the expression in the diagnosis of early prostatic carcinoma was detected by FISH c-myc and PSCA,analysis of expression in prostate cancer,analyze the relationship between C-myc and PSCA expression and their clinical stage,what is the relationship between study,after a description of the application of C-myc and PSCA in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods: a total of 55 cases of hospitalized patients in the Department of Urology of Changle people’s Hospital from December to August 2010 were selected,including 25 cases of prostate cancer patients,30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients.The patient did not undergo any radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation.All of the collected used Faure Marin fixed and used the method of paraffin embedded.The expression of PSCA and C-myc in 55 cases of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia was detected by FISH.The use of SPSS16.0 software package to the statistical analysis of Pearson correlation analysis of the expression of the two and pathology,clinical also has a variety of characteristics of the relationship between.Results: the severity of the C-myc gene and the positive expression rate of prostate cytology and histology showed a positive correlation(P<0.001),with the severity of prostate cytology and histology increased and significantly increased(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the expression of PSCA in the prostate cancer group and the benign prostatic hyperplasia group(P > 0.05).Comparison of PSCA in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia group and strong positive expression rate,the difference was statistically significant between the two(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1 C-myc gene and prostate lesions showed positive correlation,can be used as an important index to predict prostate cancer development,can be used as the identification of early prostate cancer and prostate cancer disease index height.2,in the prostate cancer group and strong positive expression of PSCA in patients was significantly higher than that of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer group,the expression level of PSCA in the clinical stage and relatively significant coherence,suggesting that PSCA for prostate cancer diagnosis and prognosis judgment for the judgment of work will be of considerable value.3 with c-myc gene and PSCA in diagnosis of prostate cancer can increase the diagnostic sensitivity for judgment. |
