Objective: To explore the safety,feasibility and recent therapeutic effect of splenic artery embolization/balloon block technique combined laparoscopic splenectomy in the treatment of traumatic high-level spleen rupture.Methods: Between April 2015 and July 2016,8 cases of patients with traumatic high-level spleen rupture accept splenic artery embolization/balloon blockade technology combined laparoscopic splenectomy treatment,the intraoperative and postoperative conditions were analyzed.Results: 8 cases of patients with interventional treatment process and operation,no deaths and transfer laparotomy,the average interventional therapy time was 84 min,the average laparoscopic operation time was 131.9 min,the average intraoperative blood loss was 131.3 ml,the average hospitalization time 4.5 days postoperatively,postoperative bleeding,severe complications such as infection,2 cases of patients there is a small amount of left pleural effusion.Conclusion: Splenic artery embolization/balloon block technique combined laparoscopic splenectomy treatment traumatic high-level splenic rupture is safe,feasible,the recent curative effect is satisfied.
