| Objective In this paper,we furthurly studied the level and clinical significance of Treg cell,T cell subsets and inflammatory cytokines in Children with respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis. Methods 1038 cases of children with capillary bronchitis in linyi people’s hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were collected as the clinical research object.seven kinds of respiratory viruses in children with throat swab were detected by immunofluorescence.88 cases of bronchiolitis in children infected with respiratory syncytial virus were divided into mild group(n=45)and severe group with wheezing(n=43)according to the severity of the disease, the children with non-infectious diseases in hospital as control group(n=45.The percentage of Treg cells and T cell subsets in peripheral blood of children were measured by flow cytometry;serum level of IL-4,IFN-γ,IL-17 and other inflammatory cytokines were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results(1)seven respiratory viruses positive ration was 42.29%,and the respiratory syncytial virus accounted for about 65.83%.(2)The percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood of children with RSV infected was significantly lower than the that in normal control group(P<0.05);The percentage of peripheral blood Treg cells in severe group was significantly lower than that in mild group(P<0.05),there was significant difference between two groups.(3)The percentage of CD8~+T in peripheral blood of normal control group was significantly higher than that in children with RSV infected(P<0.05),peripheral blood CD4~+T and CD4~+/CD8~+T ratio were significantly lower(P<0.05),The percentage of CD8~+T cells in peripheral blood of children with RSV infected with Bronchiolitis was significantly higher than those in severe group(P<0.05),The percentage of CD4~+T and CD4~+/CD8~+T ratio were significantly lower than those in severe group(P<0.05)(4)The serum level of IL-4 and IL-17 of children infected with RSV was significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05),and the IFN-γlevel was significantly lower.,The serum level of IL-4 and IL-17 of children with bronchiolitis and infected with respiratory syncytial virus were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),The IFN-γlevel was higher(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion(1)The percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood of children decreased during the progression of bronchiolitis caused by respiratory syncytial virus and was negatively correlated with disease progression;(2)The percentage of CD8~+T in peripheral blood decreased with the progression of bronchiolitis caused by respiratory syncytial virus and was negatively correlated with disease progression; The percentage of CD4~+T and the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+T increased during the progression of disease and was positive correlated;(3)The serum levels of IL-4 and IL-17 increased in the development of bronchiolitis caused by RSV infection and was positive correlated with disease progression; The levels of IFN-γdecreased with the progression of disease and was negatively correlated. |
