Innovation Research On The Management Mode Of SCJY Hospital’s Medical Equipment

With the national health consciousness enhancement and the emphasis on medical institutions(China has introduced a system of classification on diagnosis and treatment,and has canceled the addition of drug’s cost and universal health care),the goal of “patients with serious illness are unnecessary to go out of the town” is put forward in the new system,which gives the small and medium-sized medical institutions at the town new requirements.In order to better meet the needs and feelings of patients,these hospitals gradually develop the project of accurate medical and wisely treatment,and have also introduced high-tech medical equipment in a large quantity for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.But at present,the traditional medical equipment management modes can’t well satisfy the needs of hospital development,especially,it is difficult to ensure the existing medical equipment in a state of good performance for a long time.Once these equipment have a problem,will they can directly affect the patient’s diagnosis and treatment,and increase the risk of a medical treatment,even cause a medical accident.Taking SCJY hospital as the research object,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign theories of equipment management,this paper deeply analyzed the traditional SCJY hospital equipment management mode as well as existing problems.With the introduction of "company + professional comprehensive hospital medical equipment management services + professional medical equipment management system" of the overall service mode of medical equipment,combined with the hospital existing maintenance power,integration of industry resources,the use of professional medical equipment outsourcing service enterprise professional and cost advantages,it systematically solve the problem of the hospital medical equipment management and pain points.It will make significant achievements in improving equipment intact rate,securing maintenance timeliness,prolonging the service life of equipment and reducing maintenance costs.This paper mainly focuses on the research of the innovation of SCJY hospital’smanagement model of medical equipment,combining theory with practice,aiming to enhance the equipment management level and disputes over doctors and patients for medical equipment in ill condition,at the same time it provides reliable guarantee for medical quality and safety of the hospital,and provides a reference for other small and medium-sized medical equipment management of medical institutions.
