Objective:The first purpose of this study is from hospital humanistic management perspective and analysis of medical violence cases to find out the reason of medical violence and risk factors,providing theoretical reference for several aspects,such as,prevent and reduce medical violence,increase medical staff employment security,improve medical quality,strengthen hospital humanistic management to.The second purpose of this study is aimed at health medical laws and regulations,medical violence problem still not be solved perfectly,medical staff personal safety is still threatened,suggestion from the perspective of hospital humanistic management by flexibility way,setting up for the double management measures of medical staff and patients,to achieve the purpose of from the aspect of consciousness to alleviate doctor-patient relationship.Methods: This research used retrospective study,research objects are choosing network media publicly reported medical violence from 2000-2015.Using "baidu,sogou,sina,netease,and other search engines",enter the search term "medical violence" or "damage to the doctor" or "hospital workplace violence",and taken a lot of the retrieval results,then open the web page one by one,weed out does not fit the requirements for the research,save fit the conditions of the retrieval results,finally received 326 cases as the research objects,and 174 cases of them are from the regular news websites such as xinhua,China’s news and guangming daily electronic;116 cases have been published books appendix,such as "doctor-patient dispute legal interpretation";36 cases from tieba and personal weibo,the credibility of this kind of case is low,so these cases only to be preliminary statistical data.The research content mainly includes: the provinces、 the name and level of medical institutions of medical violence,the reason and the process of medical violent,who as attackers and by attackers in medical violent,et al.Results: This study collected 2000-2015,326 cases of medical violence,excluding Taiwan、qinghai province、Tibet autonomous region of,the remaining 21 provinces,four autonomous regions,four municipalities directly under the central government all have medical violence,guangdong province has the most medical violence.2000-2012,our country medical violence reported by the media are the 20 or so;In 2013、2014 and 2013,respectively 75、70、42,the probability of medical violence from 2013 began to increase,and increase fast,peaked in 2014.In 326 pieces of medical violence,tertiary hospital has the most medical violence(217,66.56%),followed by secondary hospitals(21.78%),other(8.59%),primary hospitals(3.07%).Medical violence incidence rate from high to low were emergency department,surgery department,internal medicine,gynecology and obstetrics,pediatrics,otolaryngological department.The main cause of medical violence including not satisfied clinical effect(23.92%),patient death(16.27%),yinao(14.42%),poor communication does not reach the designated position/service attitude(11.04%).The perpetrators of medical violence are patient and family,and the mainly victims are doctors and nurses(89.14%).Medical violence caused human body damage the light row(30.69%)in the first place,other(27.91%),serious injury(15.95%),we can think minor injuries and serious injuries are the priority body of the damage.Conclusion:The causes of medical violence involves many aspects,including the government level,social level,hospitals level and patients level,medical violence mainly places in hospital,medical staff 、 patients and their families are the main staff,thus solving the problem of medical violence were discussed from hospital management level is the key link.Balance of patient expectations,to improve their satisfaction and reduce the medical violence because of negative emotions;True 、 sincerity 、 understanding human communication mode combine with narrative medicine,increase the human of doctor-patient communication,to improve patient compliance.Hospital medical establish staff psychological assessment and safety guidance committee,timely evaluation and guidance staff for medical violence and psychological problems caused by other things,to reduce violence on their psychological harm;Each specialized subject independently work out riot,reduce the emergency service 、 surgical and other department medical violence.Refer to chang gung memorial hospital performance evaluation scheme in Taiwan,balance the doctor income,reduce its bad feelings to medical quality,reduce dissatisfied doctor medical service attitude of medical violence.To improve hospital culture construction,improve medical environment;Medical personnel professional spirit to reshape,resist the excessive medical money temptation;Establish violence before reasonable guidance mechanism and precursor factor recognition training,prevent medical violence.
