| ObjectiveTo explore the changes of serum β-EP and AQP4 in depressed patients after PCI and intervention,reveal the relationship between β-EP,AQP4 and depression,for early diagnosis and timely treatment,promoting patients’ dual cardiac rehabilitation,improving the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsA total of 200 inpatients with PCI in the departments of cardiology,Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2015 to August 2016 were divided into depression group including 100 cases(A group)and non-depression group of 100 cases(B group),according to the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score,the depression group was further divided into control group including 22 cases(A1 group),psychological intervention group of 31 cases(A2 group)and psychological+drug intervention group including 33 cases(A3 group),and Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 were determined and recorded after PCI within 3 days,intervention 4 to 6 weeks,and HAMD scores were carried out after intervention.These patients,gender,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,body mass index,blood pressure and blood biochemical indicators(mainly including fasting blood glucose,liver,renal function,blood lipid)were recorded.The SPSS16.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results1.Comparison of general clinical dataFor age,gender,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,BMI,liver function,renal function,FBS,blood lipid,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure on admission,differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05)between A group and B group,among A1,A2 and A3 group.2.Comparison of HAMD score2.1 HAMD score of A group was higher than B group,the score after the intervention among A1,A2 and A3 group decreased gradually,the score after the intervention was lower than before the intervention between A2 group and A3 group,whose differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.2 HAMD score was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05)among A1,A2,A3 group before the intervention and in A1 group before and after the intervention.3.Comparison of the Serum levels of β-EP and AQP43.1 The Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 in A group was lower than those of B group,whose differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.2 The Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 were not statistically significant difference before the intervention in A1,A2 and A3 group.the Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 increased gradually,whose differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.3 The Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 were not statistically significant difference before and after the intervention in A1 group(P<0.05).The Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 were statistically significant difference before and after the intervention in A2 and A3 group(P<0.05).4.Correlation analysis between Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 and HAMD scorePearson correlation analysis showed that Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 were negatively correlated with HAMD score(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 of depression group In patients with CHD after PCI decreased and levels increased again after intervention,which suggested testing Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 Probably had of certain clinical warning value in coronary heart disease patients after PCI with depression.2.There was negative correlation between degree of depression and Serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 In patients with CHD after PCI.Compared with HAMD score,testing serum levels of β-EP and AQP4 could reflect the degree of depression more objectively,and provide laboratory reference indexes for evaluating the depression.3.In terms of treatment for patients after PCI with depression,medication combinating with psychotherapy was more effective than simple psychological treatment. |
