Objective: To investigate the clinical value of CT-Enhanced Coaxial Puncture Biopsy to Lung Tumor Lesions.Method: A total of 94 cases of lung tumors were randomly divided into control group and study group in outpatient or inpatient.43 cases were in the control group,51 cases were in the study group. The control group wrer used CT localization and the study group wrer used CT enhanced coaxial needle biopsy, which were used spiral CT guided percutaneous pulmonary lesions.Compared two groups of average number of pathology satisfaction, positive rate and complication(hemoptysis, pneumothorax, infection, embolism)and the probability value, comparison of two methods of imaging guidance.Results:1.43 cases of the control group with biopsy 53 times,of which 6 patien-ts underwent the two biopsy,2 patients underwent the three biopsy specimens. The satisfaction rate was 58.14%.51 cases of biopsy in patients of the study group for 53 times,of which 2 patients underwent the two biopsy specimens.the satisfaction rate was 84.91%.Compared with the control group, there was significant difference between the average number of biopsies and the satisfaction rate(P<0.05). 2.In the control group of 43 cases,32 cases were positive results, the positive rate of pathology was 58.14%,malignant lesion detection rate was 51.16%,includingsquamous cell carcinoma in 1 cases,adenocarci-noma in 13 cases, neuroendocrine tumors in 1 cases,non-small cell carcinoma in 4 cases, malignant pleural mesothelioma in 1 cases,meta-static tumors in 2 cases, hamartoma tumor in 1cases,neurilemmoma in 1cases,and sclerosing hemangiomain 1 cases. There were 46 cases of positive results in the study group, the positive rate of pathology was 80.39%,malignant lesion detection rate was 74.51%,including squamous cell carcinoma in 2 cases, adenosquamous carcinoma in 3cases,adenocarcinoma in 21 cases, large cell carcinoma in 1 cases, neuroendocrine tumors in 1 cases, small cell lung cancer in 1 cases,non-small cell carcinoma in 6 cases, metastasis in 2 cases,of malignant pleural mesothelioma in 1 cases, eosinophilic granuloma in1 cases, tuberculosis in 2 cases. There was significant difference between the study group and the control group in the positive rate and the detection rate of malignant tumor(P<0.05).3.The control group of 43 patients with CT plain scan needle biopsy,the-re were 24 cases of complications, including 21 cases of pneumothora-x(48.84%),hemorrhage in 19 cases(44.17%).In study group of 51 patients had 21 cases of complications(41.18%),17 cases of pneumo-thorax(33.33%),and 11 cases of hemorrhage(21.57%).Each of the two groups had 2 cases of patients with pulmonary compression volume which was greater than 30%,shortness of breath, which were treated with closed drainage. The control group of 1 patients with bleeding injury of intercostal artery was treated with interventional embolization. The other patients with pneumothorax and bleeding were not given special treatment,72 hours after the examination was completely absorbed. There was no postoperative infection and gas embolism in the two groups.Postoperative pain occurred in 5 patients, including the control group(n = 3)and the study group(n = 2),which were treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets and disappeared after 48-72 hours. There were no pleural complications in the two groups. There was significant difference between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT-enhanced coaxial puncture biopsy has important clinical value for lung tumor lesions.Comparison of the control group: the average reduction in the number of puncture, the materials satisfaction rate increased 15.78%,the positive rate of pathological increase of22.25%,the detection rate of malignant tumors increased by23.35%,the complication rate is reduced by 14.63%.
