Objective: conclude the progress of clinical comprehensive treatment for glioblastoma multiforme.Content: the glioblastoma multiforme is the most common primary malignant tumor in brain,which malignant degree is extremely high.Even if using standardized treatment,patients still face tumor recurrence and even death.Here reviewed the domestic and foreign periodicals and treatment guidelines in recent years,summarized the clinical characteristics and listed the treatment process of the status quo and new direction including surgery,radiation therapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy,even analyzed the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy including vaccines,adoptive T cell therapy,immune checkpoint blockade,monoclonal antibody,cytokine therapy and immunomodulatory therapy.Methods and results: using of network resources to find the domestic and foreign journals and treatment guidelines in recent years,with a careful reading and translation.Conclusion: when the glioblastoma multiform treated with standardized treatment at the same time,still should continue to promote the operation methods,increase the means and ways of treatment.
