| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of lattice CO2 laser combined with prednisolone acetate suspension for alopecia areata, and to provide the basis for the application of lattice CO2 laser.Method: The subjects were divided into two groups based on the principle of randomized design. The rats in the experimental group received the combination therapy while the other group received prednisolone injection.Treatment continuous three times, and each interval of 4 weeks.SALT score, quality of life(DLQI)score, and psychological status(SLD-90)were measured before and after treatment before treatment.Satisfaction was evaluated after all treatments, and followed up for 3 months to observe the recurrence of the disease.Record the experimental data to carry out statistical analysis, draw conclusions.Result:1.At the end of the course of treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in the three scores(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the experimental group is better than the control group, can effectively improve the patient’s condition, reduce the impact of alopecia areata on the quality of life, and improve mental symptoms. The effective rate was 70.27% in the experimental group and 44.12% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05).2.The control group had 3 patients had scalp atrophy,it’s incidence was about 8.82%.The test group’ patients had no scalp atrophy. This difference had no statistically different(P>0.05).The result could not prove Carbon dioxide fractional laser make some help to reduce the incidence of scalp atrophy. Conclusion: Co-treatment is effective in the treatment of alopecia areata. It can effectively reduce the SALT score,DLQI score and SLD-90 score of the patients who were suffered with alopecia areata. It is more safety, less adverse reactions than the Traditional treatment. |
