Expression And Clinical Significance Of UCA1 In Patients With Intrahepatic Metastasis Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the UCA1(urothelial carcinoma associated 1)relative expression and clinical significance of UCA1 in patients with Intrah0 epatic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinomaMethods :Determine 20 pairs of the relative expression of UCA1 in HCC patient’s cancer tissue and plasma.20 pairs of the relative expression of UCA1 in Intrahepatic metastatic tissues and plasma.And the relative expression of plasma UCA1 in 20 cases of HCC patients before and after the surgery.The expression level of UCA1 in plasma of 20 healthy people.In addition,we investigate the relationship between UCA1 expression and clinicopathological factorsResults:Comparing with the HCC patientsthe relative high expression of UCA1 in patients with Intrahepatic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma was correlated with Child-pugh grade and primary tumor size(P< 0.05).In addition,postoperative patients’ plasma UCA1 significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion :UCA1 may be a marker of metastasis in hepatocarcinoma diagnosis,UCA1 expression level was closely related with the development of hepatocarcinoma.
