Background:With the modern pharmacy model changes,the public has put forward higher requirements to the level of clinical medical and the service quality of pharmaceutical care.Therefore,to establish the model of “patient-centered” pharmacy service model,to carry out the work of clinical pharmacy in rational drug use as the core,to provide pharmaceutical care which penetrates the whole process of health care,is not only the inevitable requirement of modern medical model,but also is the development direction of modern medicine.Objective: This study is based on the present situation about pharmaceutical human resources in Shanxi province,to measure the service quality of pharmaceutical human resources,in order to optimize the structure of pharmacy human resources in medical institutions,and then put forward some proposal advises.Methods: The samples of clinical workers and pharmacists were taken from several medical institutions at Yu Lin,XiAn and XianYang and HanZhong.The Mini-CEX samples include 29 pharmacists,and the samples of residents were from seven areas in Shanxi province.Adopt literature review analysis and descriptive analysis to test the basic situation about the pharmaceutical workers’ score of professional knowledge and skill abilities,the measurement conditions about the clinical drug guidelines,the cognition of different research objects about the service quality of pharmaceutical human resources.Results:1.The measurement of pharmacists’ professional knowledge and skills abilities: This test contains 50 topics,involving the storage and preservation of drugs,the specificity of medicine management,the adverse drug reaction and other aspects.Overall,the accuracy of this test is not ideal.Different gender,educational,background,professional title,have different scores.2.The measurement of clinical medication guidance: including check the prescription,review the unreasonable prescription,the usage and dosage of the drugs,the pharmaceutical interview skills,people who worked over 15 years all get the highest score than others.This suggests that the employees who worked longer are more skilled than others.3.The measurement of the rational use of drugs: The unreasonable prescription phenomenon is seriously,the pharmacists were ignored and don’t have enough right to review the prescription,to some extent,this all affect the level of rational use of drugs.Suggestions:1.Hospital need to introduce clinical pharmacists gradually,improve the quality and quantity of clinical pharmacists.2.Increase the cultivation to medical students,optimize the knowledge structure of pharmacy personnel.3.Improve the attention to the pharmacists,give the pharmacists enough right to review the prescription.4.Hospital need to improve the cost support for drug counseling services,establish the relevant pharmaceutical advisory services information platform.5.Strengthen the training on the clinical knowledge of pharmacy personnel regular or irregular.6.Standard the prescription,accelerate the pace of prescription information construction.
