| Objective:Human resources are the most productive,useful,and productive resources available to all available resources.The rational allocation of human resources in hospital is the basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital and providing effective service[4].Know a city in Shanxi Province obstetrics human resources and their services,optimizing city in Shanxi Province the institutions of midwifery and the distribution of medical staff,provide better service for maternal,at the same time provide the basis for the administrative department of public health medical decision making.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on all the health care institutions providing midwifery services in a city of Shanxi Province and the medical staff engaged in obstetrics.The survey was conducted using a unified questionnaire(electronic version)of the obstetrics department of shanxi medical university,and was responsible for the distribution,collection and quality control.The survey form was completed by the main department of obstetrics and gynecology,and the contents of the survey included the allocation of human resources and the number of services in the obstetrics and gynecology department.A total of 23 public support agencies in a city in Shanxi Province were recalled.The survey was conducted on the basis of obstetric human resources and service in 2010-2014,and used the efficiency of midwifery service[1]to measure the workload of obstetrics.Statistical methods: using EXCEL as the data statistics and analysis,the processing of missing values,using the sum averaging method and the telephone tracking data.Results:(1)In 2014,there were 651 obstetricians and nurses in 23 midwifery facilities in a city in Shanxi Province,including 205 obstetricians,306 nurses,midwives,140 people,the ratio of medical care is 1:1.49,and the proportion of international medical care is 1:2[3],indicating that the proportion of obstetric care is not coordinated.(2)From 2010 to 2014,there was a huge difference in the total number of births among the midwives in a city in Shanxi Province.(Highest: 24,338 person-times,lowest:597 person-times,average: 6023 person-times.)(3)In recent years,the "efficiency of midwifery service efficiency[1]" of obstetricians among various midwives in a city of Shanxi Province is on the rise,and the efficiency index of midwifery services between various midwifery institutions is greatly different.(take 2014 as an example,the highest: 538.25,lowest: 30.67,average: 173.41),it is suggested that the waste and shortage of obstetric human resources in a city in Shanxi Province.(4)Obstetric main vaginal midwifery skills(episiotomy,forceps,hip traction and aspiration of fetal head)of the master is uneven,obstetricians and midwives vaginal midwifery ability needs improvement.(5)From 2010 to 2014,the turnover trend of obstetricians and nurses was on the rise,with a large increase in 2014.Conclusion:(1)To adjust the distribution and increase the number of obstetricians and nurses in a city of Shanxi Province.(2)We will implement the hierarchical medical system as soon as possible,and divide the production and delivery quantity of urban midwives.(3)We will strengthen the construction of the obstetrics team,improve the capacity of obstetricians and nurses. |
