Reserach On Status Quo,influencing Factors And Contermeasures Of Village Clinics Construction In Fengjie County Of Chongqing City

Village clinics are the lowest level provider in the three-level(county,township and village levels)health care system in rural China,and in most closely contact with the rural residents.The standardized construction of village clinics helps to continuously meet the growing health care needs of rural residents.The nation and the local governments should attach great importance to further promote the process of village clinics’ standardization construction.A comprehensive research data was collected through the literature review,questionnaire survey,individual interview and statistical analysis,and the data was processed with the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.Following a multi-stage stratified random sampling framework,80 village clinics from six townships were selected as the research object.The status quo of village clinics was investigated respectively from the aspects of township hospitals,village clinics and rural residents.After the analysis of a large number of survey data,the following conclusions were drawn:The government had weak function in playing a leading role in promoting the development of village clinics.The implementation of the related rules of village clinics was not in place.The service concept,service consciousness and service level in village clinics needed to be improved.Taken together,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to develop the village clinics: from the perspective of government,the leading role of the government should be strengthened to create better external environment for the development of the village clinics,which includes village clinics’ involvement in the public welfare,enhancement of vitality development in village clinics,strengthening infrastructure construction and talent training,consolidation of the development foundation and so on.From the perspective of village clinics,the connotation construction should be further strengthened to create better internal environment for the development of the village clinics after seizing the rare opportunities of development,which includes conversion of service concept and service mode,enhancement of self-quality and core competitiveness,standardization of medical behavior,improvement in service level.From the perspective of rural residents,rural residents should make efforts to improve awareness of health care and health risk under the guidance of the government.
