On Strengthening The Construction And Management Of Village Clinics In Rural Areas

At present,because of industrialization,urbanization,population aging,due to the disease,the ecological environment,way of life changing,still exist multiple disease threats we face in our country,a lot of health factors interweave complicated situation,we are facing the health and the health problem in developed countries,is also facing the developing countries face the department of health and health roblems.If these problems cannot be effectively solved,they will inevitably seriously affect people's health,restrict economic development and affect social harmony and tability.The construction and management of rural clinic about the health of Chinese farmers,is the important content of China's construction of health,should be high priority,but in recent years,compared with the high-speed economic development,the construction and management of the rural clinic in China and the growing health don't adapt to the demand is still quite prominent contradictions,there are not comprehensive,coordination problems.Currently,rural clinics in China are confronted with such problems as older age of rural doctors,high medical expenses,lack of medical talents,old medical equipment,low level of medical services,and strained doctor-patient relationship,which directly restrict the healthy development of rural clinics in China and hinder the realization of the strategic goal of "healthy China".Through literature research,this subject studied relevant references to deepen the understanding of the construction and management of rural clinics,collected relevant domestic and foreign literature materials to finish the literature review.Then,the survey method is used to comprehensively and systematically understand the current status of rural clinics in the newly-built area of changyi township,and the questionnaire survey method is used to systematically understand the existing problems in the construction and management of rural clinics in the newly-built area of changyi township.Finally,an effective way to strengthen the construction and management of rural clinics is obtained,which provides a solid theoretical basis for promoting the healthy and steady development of rural clinics and realizing the efficient management of rural clinics.Finally,the author looks forward to providing policy Suggestions through his own work experience to further improve the effective measures to strengthen the construction and management of rural clinics.
