| Objective:To explore the application of transnasal ileus tube in treating with acuteintestinal obstruction.Methods:98cases of patients with acute intestinal obstruction from oct.2010through feb.2013.45patients adopted ileus Tube for gastrointestinaldecompression,Another53patients in the control group used traditionalnasogastric tubes for decompression.Abdominal distension and painsymptom improvement, gastrointestinal decompression amounts, exhaust anddefecate recovery time, abdominal plain film and the disappearing timeof liquid and gas were observed. To conduct statistical analysis andcomparison of results.Results:1)The ilues tube had a significant effect on draining digestive juice(867.56±211.21ml/d) versus nasogastric tube (452.08±108.56ml/d),The ilues tube reduced patient’ s abdominal circumferencemoremarkly(14.11±6.21cm) cm versus (6.61±3.42cm), P <0.05;2)Intestinal obstruction catheter group of conservative treatment ofintestinal obstruction remission rate was84.44%(37/45), control group33.96%(18/53) was increased,P<0.05.3)For the relief of the obstruction cases, transnasal ileus tube in tube 5days after anal exhaust defecation ratio was67.58%(25/37), comparedwith the control group of38.89%(7/18) high; catheter after5days theerect abdominal radiograph, gas-liquid plane disappearance rate ofresearch group was64.86%(24/37), control group44.44%(8/18). Studygroup than in the control group can ease the symptoms of obstruction,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transnasal ileus tube can effectively reduce gastrointestinaldecompression, abdominal distension, promote intestinal peristalsis,gas-liquid plane disappeared than ordinary nasogastric tube, the effectof treatment in acute non strangulated intestinal obstruction (mainlysmall adhesive intestinal obstruction after the operation) is significant, and the ileus tube also can reduce the proportion of the operation toremove the obstruction. |
