Objective:Study the memory damage in patients withmajor depression, especially the performance of implicit memory. Methods : Adopted on the basis of the Process Disassociation Procedure Experimental Paradigm, includes image concept memory by experiment, word concept of memory, image perception experiment and text consciousness memory experiment four points of the experiment procedure,by random sampling method to select the hospital,40 patients withmajor depression as the subjects, and randomly selected from the same amount of normal persons as control group, and in the same experiment procedure to collect data.At the same time, the participants of the major depression group in accordance with the Hamilton major depression rating scale(HAMD)scores, and ICD-10 diagnostic criteria were divided into mild major depression, moderate major depression group,to explore the major depression severity in patients with implicit memory and explicit memory effect difference.Results:(1)in patients with depression to image concept to start the explicit memory and implicit memory scores were significantly lower than healthy people group(t =-11.51,p < 0.001,t =-2.76,p < 0.01),the text of the concept of explicit memory and implicit memory scores were significantly lower than healthy people group(t =-6.67,p < 0.001,t =-1.99,p < 0.05),image perception to start the explicit memory and implicit memory scores were significantly lower than healthy people group(t =-6.76,p < 0.001,t =-3.21,p < 0.001),text consciousness explicit memory scores of depression group was significantly lower than healthy people, but no significant difference of implicit memory performance(t =-2.40,p < 0.05,t =-0.29,p > 0.05);(2)a group of patients with mild depression in image concept, the concept of text, images and text consciousness of explicit memory scores weresignificantly higher than moderate depression patients group(p < 0.05);(3)a group of patients with mild depression in image concept, the concept of text, images and text consciousness of implicit memory performance and moderate depression group had no significant difference.Conclusions:(1)Patients with depression suffered from both explicit and implicit memory.(2)The more severe the depression, the greater the risk of explicit memory impairment. The degree of memory impairment was not related to the severity of the symptoms. |
