Objective To systematically evaluate the pelvic osteotomy in the treatment of Perthes disease,revealing the prognosis characteristics,for the scientific evaluation of pelvic osteotomy to provide the basis.Methods Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane library,Web of science,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and vip database were collected and the related research on the treatment of Perthes disease was collected from pelvic osteotomy at home and abroad.The quality evaluation was carried out according to the evaluation standard of cross-sectional study by American Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ).Datas were collected and Meta-analyst software was used for meta-analysis.Result1.According to the Stulberg classification criteria,the results showed that patients with Perthes disease from 2 to 16 years of age were followed up for 2.6 to 15.2 years after the pelvic osteotomy,there were 19.2% for patients with Stulberg classification I,38.0% for classification II,27.5% for classification III,17.2% for classification IV,4.0% for classification V.According to the Mose classification criteria,the results showed that 2 to 14 years old patients with Perthes were followed up for 1.5 to 9.0years after the pelvic osteotomy.There were 52.4% for patients was rated as "good",25.0% was rated as "Fair",20.3% rated as "bad".2.According to the Mckay hip function classification criteria,the results showed that 3 to14 years old patients with Perthes were followed up for 1 to 6.5 years after the pelvic osteotomy,there were 88.5% for patients was rated as "good",9.9% was rated as "Fair",3.3% was rated as "poor" and 0.8% was rated as "bad".3.Meta analysis poor prognosis(The limbs length discrepancy、limp、Trendelenburg test positive)results show that: 2 to 17 years old patients after the pelvic osteotomy with followed up for 2.8 to 15.2 years,residual the limbs length discrepancy in patients with24.1%;2 to 17 years old patients after the pelvic osteotomy with followed up for 2.8 to6.9 years,residual the Trendelenburg test(+)in patients with 19.6%;2 to 17 years old patients after the pelvic osteotomy with followed up for 3 to 6.5 years,residual the deformity of limp in patients with 40.3%.Conclusion1.According to Stulberg and Mose evaluation criterion,The pelvic osteotomy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and delay or reduce the incidence rate of long-term Osteoosteo Arthritis.2.According to Mckay hip function evaluation criterion,The pelvic osteotomy can effectively relieve hip pain,improve hip function.3.Meta analysis showed that the higher incidence of residual adverse symptoms had the limp、Trendelenburg test(+)and limbs length discrepancy.
