Objective: To observe the fire needle joint flavored siwu decoction to treat the clinical curative effect of eczema of the spleen,evaluate its in relieve skin,relieve itching is effective and superior effect.For clinical quickly relieve symptoms of eczema patients to provide practical and effective clinical scheme.Methods: Meet eligibility requirements and comply with the treatment of 108 patients,randomly divided into 3 groups,namely the combination group,Chinese medicine control group and western medicine control group.Combined treatment group using fire needle combined flavored siwu soup,fire needle 2,1,oral medicine 1 agent,water frying points in the morning and 1 times;Chinese medicine control group adopts flavored siwu soup,internal and mode with the combination group;The western medicine control group with oral in accordance with the basting,1 times a day,every time 1 piece(10 mg),or more drugs and therapy for 2 weeks as a course.Before,1,2,course of treatment and follow-up of 3 months after treatment the curative effect of observation record and statistical analysis of three groups of patients index and comprehensive clinical curative effect.Results:1 Cure rate: the treatment group reached 85.7% efficiency,97.1% efficient.Traditional Chinese medicine control group reached 66.7% efficiency,87.9% efficient.The western medicine control group reached 33.3% significant efficiency,69.7% efficient.2 Pruritus score: compared with before treatment,three groups of patients after treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks pruritus score values were significantly lower,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,the combined treatment group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine control group and western medicine control group,the integral value lower were significantly,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared two controls at the same time,Chinese medicine control group superior effect in western medicine,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3 Skin integral and EASI: compared with before treatment,treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks three groups of subjects thick moss,pimples,lesion area,scabby/effusion,scale bits,erythema and EASI integral values were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with treatment of 2 Weeks,4 weeks after treatment three groups of subjects above index integral value is decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Lesion area of treatment 2 weeks and 4 weeks,integral value decline is not obvious,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),and the rest of the indicators compared with 2 weeks treatment of integral value,treatment of 4 weeks decline were significantly,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Fire needle joint flavored siwu decoction,simple application flavored siwu decoction and oral basting,treatment of eczema of the spleen of the spleen have relatively exact clinical curative effect,but the fire needle combined flavored soup more superior effect.2 The fire needle joint flavored siwu decoction in relieve itching,excellent efficiency in single flavored siwu decoction and oral basting.3 The fire needle joint flavored siwu decoction in reducing: no erythema,papule,scales and scabby lesions performance superior effect from simple application flavored siwu decoction and oral basting.
