Research And Implementation Of A Novel Pulse Music Electric Acupuncture Apparatus

Acupuncture is one of the most important components of traditional Chinese medicine and heal countless diseases through the ages.Recently,research on acupuncture points is still a hot spot.A large number of scholars at home and abroad study the regularity of Meridian Acupoint and disease reaction expecting better treatments for disease.In addition,acupuncture is also used in treatment and health care,which has good effect.However,the traditional acupuncture has the high technical requirements of needle application,the skin trauma and other problems,which limit its development.Therefore,electronic acupuncture apparatus is created.Electronic acupuncture apparatus is an apparatus which stimulates acupoints through current instead of traditional acupuncture for the purpose of treating human diseases.The apparatus has the advantages of easy to use,safe,controllable and no drug side effects.While existing electronic acupuncture apparatus has disadvantages such as inaccurate adjustment of output parameters,unreasonable intensity setting,non-scientific voltage output,inadequate protection and the high tolerance of human body.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new type of electronic acupuncture apparatus.In this thesis,a new pulsed music electronic acupuncture apparatus has been developed,which has the features of music therapy,higher adjusting precision,more scientific output voltage,strong output waveform stimulation effect etc.The main contents and innovations of this thesis are as follows:(1)The principle of music therapy is analysed,and the music classification and tracks suitable for treatment are selected according to the principle.Discrete Fourier transform and compression perception are used to extract musical features.Based on the extracted features,two musical pulses are obtained,which can be used for disease treatment.(2)The hardware circuit and software program of pulsed music electronic acupuncture apparatus are designed.The hardware circuit is the music pulse occurrence device controlled by the STM32 chip,which can produce the necessary therapeutic pulses according to the design requirements.The software program is written by QT and runs on the Windows platform.The device can realize the pulse occurrence and stop of the hardware circuit through the serial port control,display the output pulse intensity in real time,built-in Meridian data and guide,real-time selection and synchronous playback of the music pulse and other functions.(3)This thesis carries on the test of pulse music electric acupuncture apparatus and the experiment of disease treatment.The therapeutic effect of the apparatus is good on the experiment of insomnia treatment,chronic backache treatment,dyspepsia treatment and leg muscle soreness treatment.The pulse music electric acupuncture apparatus designed in this thesis can produce music pulses and combine music therapy which is used for disease treatment.By selecting appropriate music and combining fixed points treatment with points along Meridian treatment,the apparatus has achieved good therapeutic effect.
